Juleakevitt Single Cask
This both our first Christmas Akevitt and our first single cask release. Christmas is the biggest season for akevitt in Norway and we wanted ours to be something truly special for the festive season. Juleakevitten has first spent 12 months in a whisky cask before being moved over to a redwine cask from St. Emilion in Bordeaux. In total we have made 3 cask and all bottles are hand numbered.
Bjørkesevje Akevittlikør 2018
A liqueur made out of 650 liter of birch sap that has been boiled down, mixed with potato spirit and left to mature for a full year in a OHD Akevitt cask. All the birch sap was forage from the woods surrounding Oslo.
